Yeah you can swap the HLG240 for a XLG240-h-ab or XLG240-M-ab which will save you a chunk.
 
do you have a volt meter? the driver does that when its either over voltage or over current. Check the voltage it may need to be adjusted up. Could be a defective driver also.

He has the exact same equipment as me and mine doesn’t do it no matter how I adjust the output.

Plant is being supplemented with a G8 Deep Red ( 630 / 660nm ) led lamp .....
Water only medium ... Red is running since last week and will cut this down probably sat.
Fade is starting at bottom , drinking has slowed ...... so it’s about time .

I was going to use time to configure a new rig with various unused QB boards I have , but now I see this and am wondering how many god damn foot rubs I gotta give the old lady first . I have some 90cri proto boards just sitting in a suitcase and would love to use around this diablo .
