Not sure what breeder this is from. The seed was found in an ounce of Mango from CO that somehow found it's way out here to the midwest. I'm just happy to have it. If one of these plants turns out to be male I'm planning on breeding it and calling the new strain Mangoo. I understand Mangoo could be misconstrued as Man-Goo (gross), but imma do it anyway if I have the chance.
UPDATE/NEW PICS
Day 24 - Veg
First off, the Purple Marocs have worn away the last of my patience and have been taken out of the picture. I hate to do it, but they were tiny as hell and not showing any signs of improvement. As far as I can tell (and other indoor growers are agreeing with me) they're just no good indoors.
I've switched them to an 18/6 light schedule to save power and ease them into flower when the time is right. I'll be getting my Big Widow seeds this week, so I'll end up germing a couple of them along with the Sugar Black Rose for a nice 4-8 plant setup.
The Mango and Goo are both looking excellent these days. The Goo is starting up it's new main colas (finally) and they're looking nice and healthy. I've noticed it has a tendency to droop, but the amount of water in the pot seems to have no effect on the droopiness of the leaves. It's starting up more healthy side growth. I don't know what to make of this brown spot on one leaf, but it isn't spreading to the others, so I'm not too worried.
The Mango is showing much more healthy side growth, but I think I may have topped it wrong
From what I can see she was FIMed, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it looks kind of ugly at this stage. Otherwise, she's nice and bushy for a little thing and both of these could be thrown into flower right now if I wanted a couple stocky, dense plants.
I can't wait to send them into flower, but I really wanna wait for my new seeds so I can have a nice, BIG harvest. I'm aiming to harvest a QP from this tent, and I'm pretty damn sure it's possible with the amount of plants I'm planning on.
Also, Daria will be monitoring this journal from now on. See to it that you pay homage to her daily.
