I can grow other plants to double the size in those containers, and the other one is doing fine. What makes this one so super powerful that it can suck all the nutes out of the soil so fast and not grow taller than the other one? It's probably just over watering and not so great growing medium.

My last grow was LA Confidential, she was PIG when it came to nutes, i starting having problems in the beginning of flower because she wasn't getting enough, i am now growing a plant, Sour Kush which dosnt like nute AT ALL that much, but the others, Bubba Kush and a Medical Bagseed take the nutrients just fine.
The Pertial is just there to losen up the soil, if you seeing yellowing, then there is some kind of deficeny, so since you arnt useing any nutes, then the possibily of it having too much cant be the problem, that why i said she just might be hungry and not getting enough of something

Thanks, keep checking in, there's almost daily udates. Which reminds me I have to upload last nights pictures again. I was up til 4:00am, again. Just working on improving the room etc.

Hey Reel- can you show how you have your lights set-up? You seem to have the kind of set-up I want, a small grow room for just 2 or 3 plants at a time. Everything I have read so far is for mega-grow rooms and I am getting kinda confused about all the different types of lights & wattage. If you are successfully doing what I want to, then it seems logical to 'copy' you! Anyhow, I am interested in seeing the lights and how they are hung- if that's cool with you.

No problem, buddy. I will post a detailed description, photos and possibly schematics of my entire setup, after the lights come on. Right now the timer is set to come on at around 9pm EST. Until then I would browse this and my other threads to see what I started with and how I've been progressively improving it.

It looks like some kind of marijuana exhibition at a museum or some shit with the lighting and the way they are lifted. The section just to the left of them looks like a painted mural of plants too.

Thanks man, just some 1/4 strength veg fertilizer, they got their first nutes last night. Figured I'd nip that yellowing in he ass before it gets worse.
Updates in a bit. MrSoloDolo said in my other thread that he's not interested in my setup layout anymore, since it differs too much from his situation.

First look in that box directs airflow out and down and keeps light in.
look to the left
and to the right
and up
1x 150W HPS small flowering area, just set this up the other day
Mhm.. what's in here? Got a fan on a dimmer switch to pull air out of here into the flowering area.
Can't see it in this pic but there is a small air intake in the backwall.

3x 27W CFL, need to upgrade that to a 100W MH eventually

Hey Reel- thanks for posting such detailed pics of your set-up. I can for sure take notes on what I am able to do but the exhaust, carbon filter & ventilation is all more 'advanced' than I was hoping to do personally. But you seem to have it figured it out- I wish I was able to do something like what you have. Still following your progress on both journals- I can wait to see how the Lemon babies turn out!

Dude, I didn't start with this equipment. I started using a bathroom fan, just switched it over the other day actually. Why don't you post a thread with your current setup and ask for some advice? Put a link to it in your signature too, because you're not going to stay on the top of the active topics for long, this site is incredibly busy.
