Do all Thai plants grow huge?

Hey, im growing a two Thai plants at the moment. One has started flowering only just. But i need to know if all Thai plants grow to the size I have seen most of them grow too. I have seen some, which when ready to be harvested, have grown to be about 6/7ft? Im also moving them under a 400w HPS light soon. Is there anyway my plant could stay to be around 5ft when it needs to be harvested?

how tall were your plants before you started flowering? they should double to triple in size.
ive grown a couple of thai plants, the one i have now was around 2 feet when i started flowering and is now around 4 feet. no recent pictures at the mo unfortunately!

the one below in the 1st picture was lsted during veg and early flowering, and stands around 2.5 feet tall.
the 2nd picture shows my current thai, just as i started the 12/12 schedule.
the 3rd picture was taken about 3 weeks ago, she is now a much finer specimen, much bushier with masses of bud sites, around the 4 foot mark.

400w hps with the hortilux dual spectrum bulb

you can grow em as tall or as small as you like, uncontrolled theyll maybe go half the size again from the start of flowering maybe even twice the size. but everyone needs a few buds while waiting so if it gets too tall just smoke it!

Humboldt County's Own Bushmaster is the stuff you want to get, it will control the hight but be careful, use half the recommended amount and if you need more THEN use full strength. It works but it can burn your plants, I love it though, despite the price.
