do days and no sign of sex or flowering

hey every one ,i got a question can i induce my flowering or make it flower faster by keeping the lights off for a couple days or something? because i been on 12/12 for 20 days any my plant hasnt showed any sign or type of flowering yet at all. im getting annoyed with it . like heres some deatils. i fim`d it at 7 inches tall and toped it at 20 and as of now its 26 inches tall and my 2ndary shoots are at the top by my 2 tops already. and its a hybrid plant. but i would like for it to show some type of sex some said it should show at the top i checked that and nothing , and some sites say by the 4th node still nothing, so its kind of pissing me off at the moment. i see a thread where a guys lights were off for 5 days and his plant showed signs of sex and it was a tiny shit so any help or advise would be thankful. i have pic with this post its a top view. the light green is the 2ndary shoots that caught up with the top

Some strains just take longer to show signs of male/female. Also, do you have a light leak somewhere, maybe? Also, I am kind of new, so I start looking at the top then go down at lest two or three branches. When you see balls, you will not mistake them for anything else. Trust me!

hey bro heres a pic of it and theres no balls but actually im going to add a couple pics so you can see it as well. theres no balls theres only things that look slike stipules when internodes grow thats it. but check em out

also the only thing its doing is growing upward all the internodes are and the lower shoots are at the top with the 2 tops as well. i toped it and i dont have light leak bro .its forming new leafs like nodes bro thats what i mean and nothing else
