Do feminized seeds take longer to germinate/sprout

Just wandering do feminized seeds take longer to germinate/sprout about a month ago i started some seeds from a bag of swag they germinated in 24 hrs with inch long shoots put them in rapid rooters next day they were already showing pre-leaves. A few days ago I soaked 11 seeds total two feminized strains from female seeds ( Pure AK, Extreme Indica) also a two free seeds also feminized (LA Haze, Blue Haze) took them about 48 hrs of soaking just to crack with a tiny shoot 1mm maybe 2 didn't want to drown them so put them in rapid rooter plugs its been about three days since that and they still haven't pushed to surface split one rapid rooters for the EI strain the shoots only about 1/4-1/2 inch.

Little info about my grow for any advice going for a SOG perpetual harvest have a 6'x11' room built in the garage have a window ac to control temp also tapped into houses ac to save energy,45pint dehumidifier have two 400w mh/hps switchable only using one for flowering right now, cfls in two 20"x36"x6' grow tents one for moms one for clones the flowering area is the rest of room about 5'x6' have four 4 site ebb n flow tubes i made out of fence post each with own 5gal nutrient tank the idea is every 2 weeks take four clones have a homemade ezclone bucket root/veg 2weeks in tent then straight to flower total plants 4 moms 4 clones 16 flowering just under the 25 plant felony where i live using advanced nutrients grow micro bloom, big bud, bud candy , and overdrive, plan on getting more but f***ing expensive any advice would be nice

Quite expensive, but best set up, The real lover of the buds, money doesn't have any value unless you use it,
Indica is one of the best variety, it short and bushy one...
Its a large set up... if you can share your pics, will be nice to see, and i will get a idea about your grow room..
