Glad you got those led pannels.. with the others it was a rats nest of wires. I have 2 of those bayco cfl reflectors from lowes with 2 bulbs in each on 1 blue mystic that is vegging along side a tran siberian autoflower thats about done.
I use cheap lighting but its only on one single plant.. on 1 plant I use 180 watt ufo and 4 150 watt (40 true watt) 2700k cfls... ufo above the plant and 2 cfls on each side of plant.. really good coverage that way its right at 200 watts on 1 plant .
the bare minimum i would do per plant with cfl's is 4 23 watts.. I use that on my blue mystic 3 6500k and 1 3000k thats 92 true watts on the blue mystic and that is only for vegging.. once tran siberian auto finished in a couple weeks i switch timer to 12/12 then put blue mystic into flowering.
my friend sent me free seeds yesterday.. I got 3 Speed Seeds Diesel autos... 2 Reserva Privada OG 18's and 3 Simply Female Seeds Honey Haze

I'd find a way to get some air flowing through to cool it down a little.
I now have a 6'' inline duct and fan exhausting cold air into the room.. I am also concerned with my plants, I notice growth is stunted, a lot of the lower leaves look way to small, and now I have red stems and the veins are also red on the leaves... EC 1.6 PPM 750 PH 6.1
