You'll need to open the jar at least once a day to allow oxygen in and gases out. It's also a good time to carefully try and turn the buds a little inside the jar.

Your curing time will hinge on several things, like how much moisture was left in the buds when you jarred it and how long you "breathe, burp" those jars daily. Mold is your only worry, which folks smell before they see.

what are the main causes of mold?

The main cause of mold is moisture. Buds that aren't dry enough have too much moisture in them, add wet bud to an enviroment where there in little or no air circulation = mold. Even opening jars for a short time everyday isn't good enough if the buds were too moist to begin with.

how many times is the ideal amount of burping?

I'm confused, how many days have your buds been drying? From going back and reading, it looks like 2 days or so. That's a REALLY short drying period. Are your buds really wispy and airy? Just don't want to see you have mold.

i've been trying 2 cure wit jars and any time i put what seems 2 be dry weed in2 jars after day or so there's a horrible smell come from jar so i've cancelled and sold. that's after 7 to 9 days in an airing cupboard with hot tank on 4 at least 16 hours a day

yes the buds are now 3 days old. they are about the same size as you avatar.
Are they dense or airy? If they are even the same density as the bud in my avatar then 3 days drying in paper bags is not enough but if they are really airy it may be. Pictures? Did you hang dry them first?
