Somebody with a bit more expertise than I please take a look and tell me if this is a dude plant. I have decided to delete the photos. Thanks for the help, my good friends.

as you stated, your pic quality sucks, but from the general shape, those look like my male. closer/clearer pics would help out alot. from the looks of it, they look far enough along for you to tell fairly easy. do the clusters look like a bunch of grapes? take another pic, closer up

Yeah-I suspected this was a male plant early in it's vegging. It does sort of look like a cluster of grapes on top. I'll wait till my bf gets home and steal his cam when he's not looking-don't tell him i did it tho, cuz he strictly forbade me from posting pics.

for a better idea we could do with sharper pix...
also just edited my previous post with some more pix for ya.

it could still be hermie i guess, i've just clipped most of the the balls off my one hermie, cuz i want it to seed, so we can perorm some experiments later on..
i'll post a pic in a sec of how the hermie bud is starting to look.

Thanks for posting those for me :-) Is it just the magnification, or are those white female 'hairs' really as long and unmistakable as they look in the pic? Also, how long before he starts trying to mess around with my girls? How soon should I remove him from the grow room?

ideally if you arent sure of the sex, i'd move it to another room til it shows..
males start flowering earlier, so theyre ready to drop the pollen when the females finally get their hairs..but depending on your growing conditions etc that could be a little or a long time...so best move it before it gets too carried away and drops any pollen.

yup the hairs are very noticeable. the ones on the pics i just posted are around 1/3 - 1/2", and that LR2's only been flowering for about 5 days..
i think thats the cool thing about lowryders, they make the ideal pant to show people the natural progression of growth in a very short time.:)

i'm waiting for a new grow tent at the moment, so we have the spare room with the keralas and the lr2s and i have the hermie downstairs in my lounge... yup keep them seperate, or the wind from your fans will circulate it and poss impregnate your ladies.

Thanks.. the pics are just off my cellphone, in high res macro... Sony ericsson k880i... takes sweet photos. altho my LG viewty is soooo frickin amazing..camera on that rocks!!!!

were you referring to mine or frostythesnowthug's plants? And will the male survive if i were to, say, put him in front of a window where he just gets sunlight? I'd like to keep him for his pollen. (i don't have an extra light for him)

yup i'd agree, but so far as i see it, the hermie seed is ideal for experimenting etc trialing lights n new media grows etc without fuckin up decent seed...
just gotta take care to keep em well away from your bitches.

besides, hermie bud may not be great bt its fine if theres a drought, like there is round these parts, OFTEN, or if youre inbetween grows..

anyho i'm rambling, so i guess its time for another smoke..and maybe catch some zzz's i'm pooped.
:) go steady

i am currently typing this while smoking my hermie. goin thru on of those dry spells you speak of, we get them all too often here, esp. around christmas. it isnt cured, but it is dry enough to smoke, not much of a buzz either, but it is a safe alternative to sucking down cancerous tobacco smoke

Well, it turned out to be a herm: 90%male with female hairs on top. Shim, aka, "the Dude" was executed after a moment of silence and a few words regarding the Dude's short, yet meaningful life. May he/she rest in peace (wherever he/she went after the garbage disposal).
