Seedling do not need a dome,your risking having them damp off..

Just make sure to harden your seedlings off slowly before taking out the dome completely.

Domes arn’t needed, but if you’re going to use one I would recommend wiping it down daily. The large droplets that form on the dome can damage your seedlings.
