Do LIGHT RAILS make plants stretch? what nutes stop stretching?

So I have a closet perpetual grow with 4 foot light rail I just put in recently and my plants are stretching to the moon and I am working with a low cieling so I want to be better prepared for it next time. I already TOP multiple times, Lollipop fairly heavily, and do some Tieing down on the real stretchy sativas.

First do light rails increase stretch?
What nutrients(preferrably organic) or products also assist in stopping or minimalizing stretch.

Do a scrog method, no movers do not cause plants to stretch.

Stretching is caushed by either too much phosphorous, or too
little blue coloring in your light spectrum. The plant is reaching
for blue light. HPS bulbs cause plant stretching.

With a light mover you can put the light much closer to the tops of the plants as the hotspot moves, this will cut down on the stretching a bit.

I'm hoping to put a lightmover in over the next few days.

A) to cut out 1 light, as I still feel 4 lights in a 10' x 10' are is too many, and I am not utillising them to full potential.

B) To cut the cost of running 1 light.

C) To help those plants of different sizes. (The whole room is in flower)

D) To eliminate a darkish corner of the room.

Any advise will be appreciated - Am in week 5 coming into 6 of flowering white Rhino, UK Cheese, as well as 2 Blueberry.

Dont get too long of a rail 4 ft is all I would go or else the light is spread to thin.
Also consider how you are going to do any duct work where the rail is completely unimpeded so as not to throw the rail off track. They will come off the chain pretty easy so any blockage is no bueno

I think the use of a light mover will cause plants to stretch a little at least. You want to make sure your not covering too large of an area especially for bloom. Like stated you should be able to keep the light a little bit closer to decrease stretch and MH lights are better than HPS as far as eliminating stretching. Some growers like to use MH lights for about 3 weeks of flower while the plants are stretching and than switch to the HPS once the buds start developing rapidly. I think a light mover is great for a vegetative room because the little bit of stretching makes for good clones and branchy mommas. As for flowering seems like you really need to be growing smaller clones to really take advantage of the lights intensity and larger area.
