Do male weed plant produce seeds?

I know male plants can pollinate a female and make seed but my question is can it make seeds with out a female?

You need female flowers to make seeds. I don't know if a male plant can turn hermie. If so, then yes, a hermied male can produce seeds.

Just like he said the seed is in the bud at least it is in the great middies weed and since males dont produce buds therefore no seeds

Females are females BECAUSE they seed

it supposed to be quite rare, but there will occasionally be a hermie male that can make seeds
what's more, according to some breeders, these very desirable males
their pollen results in more stable offspring with a reduced chance of hermieing
