Do my young seedlings look ok? With Pics

My seeds cracked and the first roots were about 1inch before I put in rockwool and kept under 24 hour 150 envirolites for 2 days. Started Ebb/flow 24 hours ago twice a day with 120mm of 10.93 gallon res or 41.4lts. About 1/4 of the recommended amount. I don't have and EC so I'm guessing. Ph is about 5.6. Now changing to 18/6 with light about 10inches from planters.

Do my babies look normal? Finding it hard to find pics of plants so young to compare them with.

Any advice, am I donig things ok????

Thanks lads that's good to know. My waters natural PH is 7.0. I added a bit of Ph down as I thought 7 was too high.
To be honest I'm using a basic Ph solution and color chart, and the color is between 5 and 6. More 6 than 5, so I'm only guessing 5.6.

Where do you thing it should be 6.0?

And buddy some of the best info i can give you.. is take some time a read threw lots and lots of forums here you will figure lots of things out and nows the right time. Cheers

thanks for the advice. I've been reading bits and pieces for years now. But only really reading up hard in the last 6 weeks. The problem I find is there are so many different methods of doing things. Like the Ph for example some say 5.6-5.8 some say higher, some say lower!! lol I guess it all depends on the conditions, strain, and how well the plants preform.
I've started a journal, trying to keep it updated daily.
Drop in and have a look, all comments are welcome. I could do with the advice!

Do you really think so. I just took a closer look at it, and the shell of the seed had fallen off and got stuck between the plant and the rock wool. I just carefully took it out.
Plant looks a little better now here's another pic of that third plant.

looks like a seedling coming out of the seed to me....dont you dare get rid of it!! seriously theres prolly nothing wrong with it
