First immediately after ordering you demanded a phone number and I replied you can email me anytime you like with questions.
Then I sent you a message telling you it would be a few days before I could send a tracking number (we ship in order of how we receive them and your order had just came in)
After I thought we settled it , I tried to ship your order you placed and found out there was a hold on it through paypal. I told you your order has been ready to ship.
You then apologized for being impatient and said you had taken the hold off.

As you can see its still being held. It's now May 5th and we still have not heard from you and also the hold is still in effect .We have been continuously processing other customers orders throughout this whole period with no problems, complaints, or delays.I will be glad to work with you in anyway I can to sort this out, as I have told you before. This is an issue between you and paypal now which you created.
This has nothing to do with the performance of our company or any of our staff. Just to show there's no hard feelings if you still want your order and after you take this hold off we'll see about giving you some free samples of our new products were going to carry soon. If not you can always get a refund.
