So last night I saw someone mention in a thread (that I now cant find for the life of me) that with autos you just leave them alone. No cropping or LST at all? Is this correct?
Do nothing with autos? No cropping/LST/etc.... True?

I'm a beginner myself, but I've been reading various sources, and all seem to agree that you shouldn't use anything *but* LST. The reasoning being that the other types require damaging the plant (which requires time to recover) or time to grow new arms (SCRoG) whereas LST just spreads out the branches but doesn't eat up any of your ticking clock til flowering time.

No pinching, topping, FIMing, transplanting, cloning, supercropping, nothing that stresses or slows growth. LST is almost a must for a decent crop. Just lightly bend the stems when they're still young and flexible so light can get to all parts of your plant more evenly while maintaining a more broad and flat upper canopy.

LST all the way. Contrary to popular belief autos can be topped, just depends on strain by strain basis. I've ran autos I take to 90-100 days and have topped around 3rd week or so.Wouldn't recommend it til your comfortable growing autos.
