I HAVE JUST ORDERED A NUTRIENT PACKAGE AND WAS WONDERING HOW LONG THE NUTES WILL KEEP FOR, KEPT IN THE CONTAINERS THEY COME WITH.

WHILE IM ON THE SUBJECT CAN I MIX UP A LOAD OF NUTES ( SAY A WEEKS WORTH ) AND KEEP THEM IN A CONTAINER FOR THAT WEEK, IT WONT DAMAGE THEM ALL ANYTHING WILL IT????

THANKS IN ADVANCE :blsmoke:

I've never seen a sell by date, shelf life, or experation date on nutes but they probably do go bad after a few years. I mix about 10 days of nutrient water at a time, I just keep it all in one gallon sealable containers.

they do have a shelf date (hydro) to really know id check your nute companies website. the nutes i have are good for 2 years after that the shit there made out of turns into solids and can really fuck up your res. could just be for these nutes but thats what mine are good for

and i know 90% come in black plastic bottles to keep out sun light.. not sure if its for algie or it breaks down the nutes or what.

but if its soil nutes idk
