Do plants get shocked from changing lights?

So i have a full spectrum light that I had planned to use for this grow which I was using but I had to go back to my old one because it was generating too much heat, also because my radiator would automatically turn on and its right by the tent (i cant move the tent). So now that my radiator wont be turning on, I want to move it back in because it is about double as powerful (220w) as the old one im currently using and I want to get the max yeild possible. I already did it once didnt really see that much of a stunt but i couldve gotten lucky. And im running autos so I dont want to shock them badly. Will switching to the full spectrum cause shockage??? Here’s a look at the lights one is purple one is daytime

I take plants from my veg tent with T5's and put them straight under a 600 watt HPS. I also take them and put them out in the sun. I've never had an issue with going to more intense lighting. 220 watts isn't much. I don't see how it would harm your plants. People add stronger lights to their grows all the time.
