do preflowers happen on 24 hr light?

dnt know. but this just happened to me. i have two master kush now mommies and one g13haze from barney's showin female preflowers under 24 hrs of light. the g13 was femenized and the mk's were not. shud be ok tho..mine lare still veggin.
