do spore syringes come in a stealthy manner like seeds do?

They aren't shipped stealthy for two reasons. First, is that spores are legal except in the states of California, Idaho, and Georgia. As far as I know, no vendor is going to ship there. Second, is that they are shipped domestically. The USPS would need a court order to open the package. Which, if they would they would find a legal syringe anyway...

I am sorry but I don't believe that is true about the USPS and hypothetically if you did find me that law it still means shit- since 911 they've been stripping us of all of our Rights and the 4th Admendment is now lost in the past with pretty much them all except of course their version of Freedom of Religion better known as the Religions' freedom to force their beliefs on the rest of us so fill me in?

Nobody ships spores to California, Idaho or Georgia due to agricultural laws prohibiting importation of spores of any kind into the state. This is to prevent disease. Have them mailed to a friend outside your state if you live where they cannot be sent. Then your friend can re-mail.

That's interesting I didn't know that was why. I had assumed it was drug law. To your knowledge did they create the spore importation law specifically to outlaw psilocybe mushroom spores? I've noticed they will ship non active species to those states though.

I also assumed that it was drug law. But now. I would like to know.

That is just one agricultural law in 3 states. Usually such laws are passed at the urging of those in the business such as mushroom farmers who have reason to fear (see "kudzu") importation of diseases unknown in the region. Other states forbid anything with a pit (peaches/GA) or viable seed and so on.

BTW note that in those states it is not illegal to possess the spores. The law is broken the instant you attempt to cultivate them. Just like pot seeds. And, in my old man's way of thinking, I can picture the charges including the breaking of agricultural laws as well as criminal laws. Additional ways to squeeze your cojones. More ways to separate you from your money.

So can I tell my friend they are chill? People don't seem to volunteer for such things...

OR... I am about to head out myself to other states! :dunce: any ideas how to ship to myself or ???

Have to correct you there. Pot seeds are 100% illegal under federal law and in most states. In many states a single seed can bring possession of a small amount charges.

i got mine from spores101.com

they arent stealth

but yea not illegal so no biggie!
I used those guys and sporesfarmer. They are not really stealthy. You either get em in a box with padding, or a padded envelope. All syringes worked from each site.
