Do the size of your pots matter??????

Hey all, just wondering if anyone could help........

Do the size of your pots determine the time of the growth cycle????

eg....

large 100LT pot(clones are about 30cm(1 foot))........how long would the grow cycle be????


Any help would be muchly appreciated

Welcome to the forum. Does the size matter, not do the size matter. Yes. 100 ltr pots will be very hard to move, and spacing will be a bitch. What kinda trees are you planning on growing. The size of the pots doesn't determine the growth cycle, the light cycle does that. Maximum size for indoor growing recommended by that Jorge guy is 3 gallon or just under 12 ltrs. and only that large if you are using soil as the medium.

Sorry I haven't responded.....been a bit busy..

Thx for the links

I have had this set up for 4 crops now so i'll give you the averages on 6 plants...
Plant life.....4-41/2 months
Yield per plant.....1 1/4-1 1/2 pounds
Lights......6 x 1000 watt
Auto watering system(need to mix in the nutrients every 3 days)

Just finished this crop and got just over 10 pounds
