It comes ready to go but I watered it before planting with water around 0.6ec and have moved my way up to 1.0ec

You can also over feed your baby's. Try just water right after feeding a couple times then feed again. That can be very good for your baby's. Instead of feeding Everytime.

coco, even when you buffer it, will present calmag issues like this esp early on. You can try to compensate with a bit more calmag than usual.

You stated to do a feed/water/water regimen. No matter the issue in coco, even if a flush is warranted, you should never give plain water due to coco's low cation exchange capacity and osmotic stress it would place on the plant.
