look sretched to me you need more light. and the curling might be due to high temps, under hydration, ect...

The Seedling is Stretching. In order to stop this. You will need to Move your light 2-4 inches away from your plant. Because the Plant is searching for light. So its just growing Straight up. I would recommend getting a better light.

my light is close its about 3" off the top of the plant and its a 250w blue spec 6400k
