What if you 12/12 from seed?I count from the 12/12 switch.

Then i would say " 'x' days seed to chop". That's just me. Also with autos. What if you 12/12 from seed?
The question was when to start counting days of flower. Then i would say " 'x' days seed to chop". That's just me. Also with autos.
On 12/12 from seed, again it's a "seed to chop" thing because it's a concrete timeline. You pretty much turn your photo into an auto (style) grow, bootsy harvest and allThe question was when to start counting days of flower.
If growing photo's from seed under 12/12 when would you start counting?
But what do you need to see to say flowering has begun? I call it when upward growth slows and the stacking begins. On 12/12 from seed, again it's a "seed to chop" thing because it's a concrete timeline. You pretty much turn your photo into an auto (style) grow, bootsy harvest and all
The day you plant it I guess lol. It’s done when done. I’ve got 4 Quebec gold and they are all different with one almost done and one just starting to bud up. Indoor I count from flip but it’s only for curiosity as again it’s done when done, quicker if I’m running low .So when should I start counting on my outdoor?
Good question, idk the answer but by default a photo in 12-12 would be counted from when it sprouts or maybe the 1st leafs? What if you 12/12 from seed?
My average has been 4 to 5 weeks before they show sex.... Some go a bit longer, but after that flowering starts pretty quickGood question, idk the answer but by default a photo in 12-12 would be counted from when it sprouts or maybe the 1st leafs?
Just so I've got this correct, regardless of 12/18hrs you'll still get some veg period? My average has been 4 to 5 weeks before they show sex.... Some go a bit longer, but after that flowering starts pretty quick
They answer huh?Should probably just stop counting. Makes life easier. Just wake up one day. Look at yer lady friends in the tent...ask them....hey you done yet....and go from there.
Not done no worries. Ask again next week.
They done. Pick a time when you can get it done in the near future. No rush. It ain't going to explode if you don't.
Well I haven't done 12/12 from seed yet, but I would count from seed then. What if you 12/12 from seed?
That's not totally true. We used to grow peaches, apples, and other fruit. We would know, through experience, that a certain variety of peach, for example, would always be ready for a first pick at 153 days from full bloom. Of course that was used as a guide, but we could have always made the first pick at 153 days and not been wrong. The better one is degree growing days. We use that for bugs.I stopped counting a long time ago.
There's really nothing to count.
Plants don't go by calendar days, only people do.
