Do you defoliate?

Defoliation only slows down or stunts plants in veg??

I dont know about auto's specifically but defoliation is proven to increase yields when done properly...

I've been working with auto's for some time now with lots of success with training. When I train I spread them out and only clip the inner large fans that I can't tuck. If you know how to top early on the right node you can create a monster with only about 15 days added veg. A good bred auto won't flower until it's mature regardless of breeder finishing times. Minus 12/12 flip process I treat my auto's just like photo's. Training, feed strength, everything... Only one I stand by is plant in final pot myth. Absolutely sow in final pot. Sure you can't transplant with no harm but i've def found faster growth without it.
