Hey 12n12, you just started this thread cause there aren't enough pissin contests on RIU didn't you? No really though I think this thread would be a better one if we discussed the methods and techniques used to achieve these yields with these strains.

yeah 5lb of kandy kush would be pushing it under 1kw but if you read my post correctly it states that i yielded 5lb under 2kw of that kandy and 40 z off the master under 1kw... i dont care if anybody believes me but its a completely reasonable yield for anybody that knows how to train there plants
Sorry, my mistake.

Haha ya just that, with a 10" fan; I had another on my exhaust for exiting air, but I don't exhaust air often. It's a sealed room.

I've been doing this for over a decade now and I still can't get my buds anywhere near that size! Thats a beautiful plant man, for sure. Whats the secret to breaking through to the next level in terms of size? Co2? Ultra rare genetics? Is it because it's hydroponic? I've never tried hydro before. I run organics. With that said, is it possible to get buds that size in soil keeping it all 100% organic?

I run an organic-soil mix, and can pull some pretty beasty buds; Bigger if I wanted to really pump co2, but I keep it no higher than 1200 PPM. Point is though, you can deffinfinitely get some beastly buds in organics... Genetics, and environment are the golden key

Its mainly genetics. Try growing some sativa dominate strains.

Thanks she is a beauty and well known in my area , Northern Michigan .. This one is a genetic beast from the get go and will yield like so in the right environment ... I ran this one in a light organic mix with additional ferts ... She likes Kool Bloom and I have never used Co2 with her due to her veracious appetite as is ... She produces even larger flowers outside with Organics as well .. Ten pound girl then .. I want eventually to see her offspring spread around the state when I am done working with her ........PotSnob

P9215104.jpgP9215105.jpgHere is something I made and am finishing up at the moment in my bloom room . I took Kak1963 ' s "Jack In the Box" pheno I choose and crossed it with an Afghani skunk for the fun of it .. Wanted to see how stable my male is knowing what a mess the Jacks Cleaner 1 really is ..

All of these F1s are sexualy stable and this is as far as this cross will go as the gentic pool here is to diverse , I proved my male here in order to know that the stable girls he crossed with will be stable as well .Yields look impressive this far at 6 weeks in ... Ill post them when they finish as they are at week 7 now with no current photos ........Thanks for looking ..........PotSnob
