If that's an outdoor plant you might be best not to spray unless it starts becoming an infestation. It's very normal for plants outside to have a few bugs on them and as long as there isn't many I'd leave them alone. I'm quite surprised that the couple plants I have outside aren't buggy yet but it's early days. I'm way up in northern Alberta and it's been a soggy spring/summer so far.
If you spray all the time you'll also kill your pest's natural enemies and you don't want to be spraying your buds. That soap stuff really screws up the taste. I've used it at about 3 weeks into flower and then no more but the buds still tasted bad. Made a lot of oil out of that one. lol
Maybe just blast them good with the hose spraying upwards so you get under the leaves and knock the bastards off if they grow in numbers too much.
I put out 4 fem autos and two went male. The other two haven't shown sex yet and it's been about 6 weeks. Sprouted June 17. Going to have to make a blackout cover and force them to flower or just leave them to see how they do. Very dry here most of the year too but not this summer.
