Do you run a recirculating pump in your Rez? (drain to waste)

Just curious what you guys do. I currently run 2 pumps in my 50 gal rez. 1 that turns on to feed the plants and another that just runs full time to keep fluids mixed up and moving around.

My water is running about 82 degrees with this method however. Should I ditch the recirc or is it really required?

I would keep it and freeze some gallon jumps get that res down to 70
