The Nazis were promoting having kid between cousin to preserve the purity of their pseudo-superior race blood or some shit like that...that should tell you approximately the type of peoples that practice family oriented sex.
 
This isn't a clea cut question anyway. Are both parties adults or are you talking like a dad raping his daughter? And is at least one party sterilized so that offspring won't be negatively affected by the close DNA?

It is flat out sick and the offspring would no doubt suffer from medical issues their entire lives. No doubt, short of murder, putting a child in that position for the rest of his or her life is horrible.

Sorry, it had to be done. A few RIU members said nobody had the right to stop incest and that incest was basically ok and not completely not human and disgusting.
