Do you think my seedlings are too tall and thin?

One of the 2 plants I had problems when replanting now has its leaves 45º towards the ceiling, only 4 hours after the trauma... I have attached one before and one after picture.

Before you think it's lack of light, it is not (it has since this morning 400 W HPS 30 cm away —and was doing fine this whole week with the same light 60 cm away—). It's not lack of water either, the soil is well humid. As I said, it might be due to the fact that some of its roots got broken when I replanted the plant because it had a very long thin stem.

Can I do something about it?

i wouldnt replant yet, those pots are big enough already, but add some soil, LOWER THE LIGHTS TO STOP ANY MORE STRETCH, and next time ya do transplant, put them in deep, and bring the dirt up to about 1inch under the first set of leaves
