Im curious...i have a bunch of random bag seeds that im germing right now,and i was wondering...

What if i took the average size rubbermaid tub, and planted the 4 seeds in the tub together in soil...do u think they would get rootbound??

Think i wanna try it... who thinks il be wasting my time??? LOL

seeds were free...& i already have a grow going, so this would be in addition to that...what ya think?

Define "average"???

I'm sure it will work and I'd think if you had a tub to allow for 5 gallons per plant you'd probably be ok.

HERE'S WHERE THE PROBLEM COMES IN.... you said seeds.... which means you don't know if they will be male or female. Growing together in one tub the roots are going to get entwined with each other.... so if you have to pull out males you could damage the roots of the female(s) when you pull the male out. This could shock or even kill your females. You'd likely do better with the 4 in a tub idea if you used clones from a female.

Yeh...i actually though of that after i posted it...i mean yes i could pull the males, but chances are that would stress the shit outta the females....so
Instead...im just gonna throw them in 2 liter bottles veg em for a week or 2 and throw em right into 12/12..
