Ive used it a couple of times the bag says it initially raises the ph but the bios counter it and has no ill effects but ive had lockouts when i use it( not to say that its the cause but i feel that the spike in ph does affect the medium )
I’ll add that when I’ve used it its been in large pots using spring water with a ph of 6.8-7.2 ec of 120-160
Not the perfect ph but it shouldn’t matter as when you add the recommended amounts it brings water up to the 8’s if memory serves

I used it once on an auto in coco and its been slightly fucked ever since. No difference really noticed in plants grown in soil. I won’t bother using it again.
