An ambitious noob in semi desperate need for any constructive input plz:weed:

the title pretty much says it.. anyone have experience of both or just the other? I was thinking about going aeroflo30 or something like it, or just a very simple rockwool flood and drain lollipop..

which one would you say is better yield and plant health wise? and how much space does each plant need? that is from center of stem to center of the next stem..

any help would be fantabulous.. as soon as possible, starting my mothers tomorrow.. and still not decided on which way to go..

I am a noob too, and I'm going the way of aero. I was also considering ebb and flow, but aero requires a far smaller resevoir. I started my system with a Stealth Hydro bubbleponics system, then when I switched it to aero the plants started to explode. Also, everyone I talked to about it (outside of rollitup at hydro supply stores and with experienced friends) told me aero grows up to 30% faster than any other method. The only thing is if the pump stops working your plants can die fast. If you do DWC or Ebb/Flow you have more of a safety window for your babies. You can see what I've done at https://www.rollitup.org/hydroponics-aeroponics/172943-first-time-aeroponic-grow-journal.html . Also, I highly recommend you review this thread from start to finish: https://www.rollitup.org/dwc-bubbleponics/7897-stealth-hydro-bubbleponics-systems.html . Also, check out Buey's grow at https://www.rollitup.org/hydroponics-aeroponics/143000-blueys-sh-bubbleponics-system-grow.html . Always check the threads from start to finish before you send a question.
