Yeah ive always heard that too, im just a firm believer in letting the seedlings roots develope a bit in a cup full of straight coco or promix. Just the method ive come to appreciate myself, auto or not.They say not to transplant autos but I think if u be careful all should go well I know when I grow autos I use rapid rooters they work great %100 germ rate evertime I put seeds right into them once they pop ill throw them in there forever home which is least 3-5 gallon pots well good luck on ur grow bro
But theyll finish in these 3gal dirt pots, always put my autos in 3gals aswell.
