Docters in michigan grandrapids near lake

Looking to find a doc that doeant need pre existing conditions. From hockey I messed up my foot and hand, and have bad joint/back pain. Im 20 years old and am moving either by the lake or smack dab in between grand rapids and detroite. Dont wanna be by to much city but enough where im able to meet some people.

So was just informed from a friend that you have to live in michigan for 2 years before you can apply for a card.. Please tell me its not true.

Hmm qyick skim and I see nothing saying I need to live there but sometging about veing homeless I wound not have to have an address gaha. Weird.
