It was me whp paid the $300. I agree that's is much of a rip off.

Why not just say you already use it for sleep. Tell him you don't want sleeping pills and NOTHING else helps you get to sleep like the MJ. That's simple and no records needed.Explain you will continue this and won't stop. But also don't want to do anything illegal but will do that if you must. Which is probably true isn't it?
IMO he will give it to you for that alone and it's not a complicated reason. Be sincere and look him/her straight in the eye.

Ahh $300 bucks for a form, I would much rather use that money for my medicine :( Hope I can find a doc who understands my predicament nearby or else I guess I'll have to cut back on food this month to get an extra 300 bucks. Reasonable access???!!

Hey wondering if anyone has gone to Dr Khawar Abbassi lately? or know if he is still doing the walk-in-clinic? I live in the GTA and have been looking for a doctor for awhile now. I was gonna go through cannabis advocates but I heard they just charge mostly for a referral fee. any help would be great!

I saw him today and This Dr will no longer help he told me that he wasn't allowed to practice family medicine and prescribe cannabis from the same clinic any more.

Yes Abbasi is out...... Someone's pulling his strings BS. There is a doctor in St. Catherine's who is free but is very strict and monitors every three months levels, holistichealthcenter.com is a doctor in Barrie that cost $350 but is only for the first year and you can Skype your doctors appointment once a year

So sad, legal in parts and impossible to access in other...shame shame society

I agree completely, have had my licence 10 months and started worrying when I found out Abbasi wasn't helping the "movement" and his secretary's only advice..... Good luck

I'd like to know who signing all the scripts in Ontario for Rec smoker ??

The joke is that we'll NEVER KNOW.
Most won't complain about it and will just continue buying cheaper BM weed.

No one is signing for rec it's people talking the dr into signing due to real or fake symptoms that are required for a legit licence. Anyone's Family doctor can prescribe medical marijuana the problem is is that most doctors are in a grey area and don't know dosage and also some doctors I've talked to have been threatened with their funding kickbacks to be pulled by companies that supply antidepressant pills and anti-anxiety pills through the doctors office

that's the point being made anyway, although in a round about way.
