Does A plants leaves yellow when its ready to harvest? or short after?

my plants buds look nice, but the leaves are getting yellow, not sure if its a nutrient problem or it could be ready to harvest; its probably well over harvest time but stress and topping as it is my first plants put it back a few weeks; the buds look healthy and stress free its the leaves that seem to be suffering, its not nute burn i dont think

if you have enough nitrogen in ur fertilizer and are still getting yellow leaves then u could be facing root rot which causes reduced nutrient (nitrogen) intake in plants which inturn makes the leaves yellow.
