Not always as nice as the picture may seem. On a personal note, I am actually uprooting my entire family from our current state to this "legal" state due to financial hardship. My business, which was worth approx $1.2 million, went bad due to a shady partner & basically wiped me out clean. Now I have to wait for litigation to be done, therefore I figured this may be a plan for the short term. Not the ideal situation, but I guess when one door opens you must open or allow another door to open for you. Prayint everything goes well with this for the time being.
This fucking guy. Short term? You are living on fantasy island if you think putting together a room
Of this size is going to pay itsself back in a short term. If the state your moving to is Cali or Colorado I would say you have a 60 percent chance of going ass over tea kettle and failing. I feel very bad for the business partner who is going to be saying "this isn't turning out to be what I thought " when you are sucking his way into bankruptcy . Only a badass mofo can make enough money for a partner situation in a residential area from growing cannabis . Over 200 amps your talking 5k + electric bills per month , nutrients and run costs . Your pound a light harvests ain't gona cover shit . Good luck, I'll see your gear on craigslist in 6 months

Who knows, maybe it is a fail.

Someone, who is assisting us with experience, to avoid this being a loss as you suggested, created the same project with a cost of $65k. If the mínimum yield is expected (50/60), that covers cost of investment plus a little left over for the first go around.

Hopefully equipment doesn't end up in Craigslist though! Thanks for the input.

You got this easy. Get the room built and It'll take 2 guys to man the farm. Easy peasy. Just make sure you have a solid trimming crew. Are you staggering the 40 lamps or all 1 run?

Relying on other people to follow threw is your biggest downfall....remember what happened before? Your best biz is all in for yourself..you have to be an excellent organizer grower/operations distribution type...experience experience experience... Start smaller on your own budget and grow from there. You are in over your head right now

I completely feel where you are coming from! Wish everyone would give "positive" feedback like that! It's true, I've learned in every type of business there's a lot of shady people. There is people out there who are good honest business people, but not a dime a dozen unfortunately.
