I might misunderstand this, but I thought the MMAR was killed, officially on March 31 2014. Only 2 provisions of the MMAR have continued, the right for existing patients to grow and the right for existing patients to carry 150 grams. All the rest of the MMPR is gone. Please let me know if I have misunderstood this.
No, you're right. The MMAR had been repealed. But... the existing participants who were valid have been extended.

Well, im hoping the appeal/cross appeal in november gets the ball rolling in our direction. I think i remember a lawyer (probably conroy) saying we can provide receipts for our medical equipment if home grown is no longer an option.

picture a line of big envelopes with extra big windows in them...running down a conveyor belt....
with hi speed video camera's recording all the addresses and names...of those in the mail out....
so was your info breached.....maybe just maybe....
 
Or hopefully sooner. If the courts rule in favour of the patients come February. We will see how corrupt our legal system is if the supreme courts rule in favour of the mmpr. Go John go kick some ass and smoke some grass.

There will be no "ruling in February," this process might take 2 - 3 years to "get a ruling."... a guess...
