I'm suprized as hell myself about the lack of gun control enthusiasts in this thread. Go figure?

thats why i laugh when people call me a hippie! lol. in the army i was only 2 points of being legiable to go for a sniper unit. give me a sa80 from 300 yards and if its zero'd correctly i will hit you in the chest. every time. i used to love being on the ranges. do i want a gun? hell yea! but its the same as me wanting to fuck 6 hookers tonight. yeah its good fun but is it whats good for society? maybe i just want the world to be better than it is. but i know it can be. you know when people ask me if i want to give me money for africa you know what i say? i say if everyone in africa sold their guns no one would be hungry. thats a fact.

I can hit a target at 300 yards with my iron sights, no need for a scope. I have shot targets at 450 yards with my babe in my avatar. It's past 500 were it gets difficult, precision shooting is what i am actually starting up. I know the caliber I want just haven't chosen the gun yet, either a Remington 700 or Springfield m1a scout

i would have liked the chance to shoot more weapons but the sa80 is the standard so that was pretty much it. of course we had the gpmg but i didnt really get a go on one of them bad boys. i would love to have a shot on springfield bolt action but i would probably be shit! lol. if i was on the ranges in the us could i fire one of them?

How then can you own such a beautifull weapon that is in you Avatar???? I thought only Polosi and Fienstien where the only ones that can own them?

I would love to own and shoot something similar to the M16A2, M4 or the barret .50 cal as those are what I shot while I was in the corps. I would have to jump through hoops and do a little dance just to even consider getting a class 3 or is it 4 license.... and don't get me started on the whole medical marijuana deal..... if they were to ever come in my home. I am legal to smoke and grow but that would send them over the edge...LOL

It is a sad day when americans are more affraid of their government than the government being affraid of its people.
