I have a triband LED 50 watt light. My growing space is 26" Wide x 14" Deep x 36" Tall lined with mylar. Is this enough light to grow 4 plants? I would really appropciate some help because I am about to start my first grow and I dont know how many seeds to germinate.

What do you mean by a big range ? If you are talking about coverage area I'd have to disagree because LED's are the most directional light available. The light itself said 12" x 12" so I think 1 plant would probably be what you'd want, I'm not sure how efficient that would be.

I'd definitely add some CFL's if you are wanting results.

What are you planning on flowering with ?

I added 4 35watt 6500k CFLs along with the blue/red LED for veg.
For flowering I will pick up some 2700k CFLs to swap out with the 6500k 's.

After doing some more reading on here I am wishing that I did not buy that frickin LED and went with more CFLs. But once I get my seeds I will do a grow journal and see what everyone thinks.

Dont give up on leds quite yet man! I have been researching led lights abundantly, and yes almost all led grow lights that are on the market are not well suited for growing, however, with a little electrical know-how you can make your own which work great. the best and only website concerning growing with leds i have found to be useful is http://www.ledgrow.eu/ the website is about this guys led grow room, with step by step pictures of his previous and current led grows, including a DIY page for building and setting up your own led panels for growing. I strongly urge you to check out the website!
