Does anyone here make their own feminised seeds?

Having been a researcher in the field many years ago this is somewhat refreshing to see. It takes a fair bit of effort to cut through the chaff on these sites.

You can force self pollination a number of ways but the one I found most effective is to use supplemental UV light throughout the full light cycle with an extra week added on.

some of you guys have impeccable timing...and somehow manage to co-ordinate posting at exactly the same time....
each and every time they are on....what are the chances of that happening day after day.?

The inverse - using silver is a method to cause asexual reproduction classified as apomixis. The silver method is just another form of stress commonly used because it is a) safe, b) reliable, c) easy to localize. You could also force self pollination by going too long, chemically (foliar, root zone) influenced or using UV like I do.

The general thought is seeding a plant is bad but I haven't seen the drops in quality or quantity reported by others for plants that are crossed or self pollinated. For self pollinated the seeds produced plants like the mother and are all fems. It could be the genetics but I haven't experienced any problems with the S1 unless I forced them to self pollinate with UV.

Only downside is picking the seeds out.

FLASH... (:

I knew a kid who had one , they kept it at their car service shop.
The sign said..dont go near the monkey.
A guy with a beard and glasses walks up to it......put his hand in to it...like he wants to shake its hand lol

it grabbed him..yanked him into the bars..grabbed his beard and smashed his head against the cage until the guy fell to the ground...
it all happened so fast.
the monkey got a hold of his glasses and wouldn't give them back lol
