2500-6000 lumen/ sqft of lighting, with proper spectrum
72 degree fahrenheit during the day with good r/h
a good temperature drop at night
good nutrients (enough to the point that it wont burn your plants)
good co2- at least 1000ppm
good ph around 5.7
your strain genetics
depends on how many colas, typically a single cola would produce a huge bud
microbes- you got em good old mycorhizae down in your rootzone

yourself- dont fuck with the plants everyday. new growers always fuck with their plants constantly and it always fucks things up. only make changes if it doesnt work. weed like a consistent environment.

google is great but has any1 tried http://ganjadigger.com/ thats what i use instead of google and dont forget to search the site first then outsource best of luck

Yah man, you said in your other topic you only have a 23w grow light....getting more light would be your #1 option for getting bigger bud size...
