The only use for those little microscopes is to look for pests and check trichs for ripeness (Ie 50/50 cloudy amber) Counting the resin glands wont do anything, there is tons of resin concealed in the plant. Better to just take an overall look and subjectively compare it to other strains, but even though WW is the crytalliest of the crystally I like smoking other strains.
What im trying to say is there is no visual rubric for judging pot beyond a loose set of rules. Different colors or resin coverage dont necessarily mean better pot, its all in the testing and sampling man. Good genes are key
