Does anyone use biobizz light or biobizz all mix ?

I like the biobizz all mix it also already has 30% perlite mixed . But Ive read online its too hot for autos or probably the seedlings.

Just trying to find out so I will go for the light mix but have to get in added perlite

All mix maybe a lil hot for autos at the start id say best with light mix or cheap organic composts with less nutes in it for early stages that being said ive popped loads of photo strains in and grew in allmix all the way through some strains find it a bit too hot at the start like say hindu kush for a example but plenty of others seem to handle it fine ive never had it fuck up a plant to the point it dont bounce back in a couple of days anyway

I am fairly new but i've had a good experience with light mix on my current auto grow. Previously used fox farms soils and struggled with them.
