Hmm, interesting. I will send you a photo of what they look like after I have bent them as I am referring too. As from what i can see the fan leaves although bent, are facing the light. All that is different is that the fan leaves look as though they're facing upward flat revealing the small suckers much more. Again I will send a photo in response to see what you think. If your fan leaves are flat and you arent snapping them or stressing them too hard you should be fine. Just be careful and dont snap it off. And if you do, learn from your mistakes. Awesome, I have used a method where I create a small bend push the bend up slightly with minimal force creating an oval so the stem holding the leaf doesn't snap. I then lightly push the leaf downward to creat a slight pressure. I hold that for about 5 seconds then let go. By doing this I also get an idea of how strong the stems holding the leaf are. I also strengthen it. My question is though, will it help promote leaf growth ?

This is a two part answer. Yes and no. No it will not promote leaf growth DIRECTLY because youre doing this. BUT if you in theory bend all of the leaves at the perfect angle to catch the most light then well, more light, more growth. In Theory.

I started Germination that day. For 2 plants 2 the next day and 2 more the 3rd day. In that time span, the seeds from day 1 sprouted on day 3. Day 2 seeds sprouted on day 4 and day 3 seeds germinated in one day using the deep water Germination technique. Maybe we are in unison in length or maybe yours or larger. Awesome, I understand. Your saying by bending and holding the plant down will not help growth however stress the plant during this stage of life. Great I agree it is a much simple approach and essentially safer considering the plant isn't very mature within its stage of life. I will be posting photos after initiating the bend and will be displaying how it appears. Hopefully that'll give everyone a better idea...
