Does California reciprocate Arizona medical cards..

Just wondering if anyone knew of hand if California would furnish meds to an Arizona med card holder. Info online is inconclusive some say certain places will and some say they wont..I am heading there in march for a few months for work but really didnt want to bring that amount of meds with me..If anyone knows if they do or where I might be able to get meds while there..I will be working in Los Angeles and San Diego areas..any info would be greatly appreciated...

If you're gonna be there that long, isn't there a way to take your current card, records and paperwork and give them a residence address and just say you moved, don't say temporarily.

Yeah im sure i could get a card there was just having some wishful thinking that i wouldn't need to bother with all that jazz and just find somewhere to purchase meds from..Will be staying in a hotel for the duration of our project so not even sure if that would be a suitable address for them.

California kind of sucks on the reciprocation thing. As far as I know, you need a valid California ID to get a recommendation. Perhaps you could get an ID card instead of a drivers licence and then get a Dr. recommendation??? I was pleasantly surprised to find that Arizona and Michigan, two states that I regularly visit, both reciprocate.

You can't get an ID on the spot in Cali, it takes several weeks. You also need an address to mail the ID to.

I'm sure if you keep your eyes open, you can find someone you're working with to hook you up. I'm guessing some of the people you're working with here will be residents.

Yeah that's what i was finding after a little more research...that sucks cause i know Arizona will recognize california's 215 card...suppose i will have to find someone and do it the old fashioned way...funny because i know with contractors license Arizona wouldn't recognize my California one but California will recognize arizona's ..if only they were reversed i would be golden..

If the contractors you work with are anything like any contractors I've known or worked with, you'll find a hook-up with no problem. On the upside, Cali weed is cheap and plentiful this time of year.
