Does insurance work at dispensaries?

Titles says it all really.

Was just curious if my insurance covers me even at the dispensaries.

Seems to good to be true, but I'd love to be able to buy a zip of the finest for cheap.

Health insurance has yet to recognize medical marijuana because it is still a schedule one drug, as if it were an opiate.

Simple question...simple answer....no. If you could buy it at a pharmacy like Rite Aid or Walgreen's your insurance would probably cover it........but I think that is a long way from happening.
