hello my babie is in 24th day of flowering and im wondering does everything look ok with her..does she suppose to be any bigger than what she is and will she get any bigger...dont know the strain but shes not bag seed either...dont have c o 2 so is there any other trick out there other than ionic boost to flower more....cause i have that as well as nitrozime and ionic bloom....
does it look alright

i would for sure trim some of the leaves out of the way of the buds sites.. see if you ca find a way for all the bud sights to be covered in light.

Instead of cutting the leaves off you could try to use string or twist ties to move the fan leafs out of the way of the bud site. You want to have the budsites get as much light as they can, but you don't want to hamper the plants ability to photosynthesize nor do you want to waste the energy the plant invested in those fan leafs. I would at least try to use training instead of chopping.

you can cut off the lower branches/leaves if you want (the ones that aren't getting any light - lollypop).
BUT - plants need leaves to utilize light. A plant with no leaves ain't gonna grow. so you can cut off the nasty dead looking leaves on top if you want but leave the rest alone! tie or tuck them back if you have to but don't cut them off - the plant needs them to use the available light.

I have one of his books, good stuff in there, no Im not wrong, everyone I know that grows leafs their plants, Im not saying take off every leaf, but most the water leaves, once the plant goes into flowering those leaves loose their purpose, thats why they'll turn yellow and sometimes fall off.wrong.......that makes no sense...you really need to read a current grow book......try Jorge Cervantes, new one it's awesome....
