does it need repotting

My girl is a chesse strain, been under metal halide 250watt for 2-3weeks top fan leaves are ok - pointing to the sky, but the lower fan leaves seem to hang down and not point outwards can this be caused by the need of repotting? or could it be something else? Also i have took 3 cuttings and they are not doing so well whats the smallest size cuttings to take for better chance of there survival? i took the cuttings from the bottom, and i have taken cuttings before but these ones seem to be a bit tempremental, thanxs

i think the rule of thumb is 1 gal of pot for every 1 foot of plant, obviously there is variables but i would measure your pot and plant and then decide, hard to help without details on pot size and maybe a pic.

as far as droopy leaves could be lack of light, over watering, tap watering, underwatering........the list goes on i guess >< post a pic or 2 up and might get more responses also post pot size.
