Noo that's completely fine and actually means they might be starting to root. My clones started yellowing before they rooted and I researched it abd they said the same. But make sure they're warm and moist. If so you're fine.

I agree with datkid because the same thing happened to me so I say give it time and do keep it warm and moist like datkid said

When clones start rooting they like to suck up nutrients from larger fan leaves to help with root production. Yellowing leaves are almost always a sign of root formation. Don't cut the leaf off, just let it run it's course. Eventually it will be all dried up, and at that point you can go ahead and clip it off.

if your clone doesnt have roots yet it shouldnt be in soil. watering ever other day is way to much bro. also if your clone is in a clone tray you dont want to water it at all you will wash off the rooting hormone. I get roots in 8 days everytime with no yellow leaves and I make 100 at a time with 3 domes connected. if your clones are in a dome throw a towel over the top to build up the humidity. also make sure like i said not to pour water over the top of the cube cause you will wash away the rooting hormone. add water from into the tray and then set your clone rack into it. when you see the bottoms of your clones starting to get fat and turn greener empty out most of the water and let the cube dry out and the roots will stretch. rapid rooters work hella gud
